2 Months ago I wrote to this school board about their outdated and antiquated policy of Beating school students. Now, an (Elementary school teacher) abused a 5 year old handicapped student beating them 5 times with a board. Could he be beaten with a board and not be injured? Here we are talking about a 5 year old child. This man will undoubtedly get away with this because of the backward schools here. The American Civil Liberties and Human Rights groups need to expose these people that abuse our youth. While the rest of America tries to eradicate bullying and violence this school system promotes it. SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING
