Rudest people ever who answer the phone.
We are totally disappointed in Middlebrooks’ (Bonifay Florida) customer service and lack of proficiency, expertise in plumbing troubleshooting and repairs. My mother called this company when she started having drain issues in her trailer. It is worth mentioning that my mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income. The technicians showed up and saw the standing water and without investigating further for possible causes deduced that my mother needed a new drain line right away. My mother inquired what this would cost. The Techs told her that she would need a permit and inspection before they could replace the drain line. Permit cost $500 and to replace drain line would cost another `$1,500. My mother of course could not afford either so she called me, I live in Washington State. We paid for the permit, $500 and waiting for it to be approved and released to Middlebrooks so they could start the repairs. We were notified that the permit had been approved about a week later. Middlebrooks came back out to my mother’s trailer to do prep work on the septic tank (pump it out & inspect it). This time a different a different Middlebrooks Tech decided to look under the trailer and noticed a pipe that had somehow gotten dislodged. He adjusted the pipe and the drain issue was fixed. Now it is apparent that my mother does not need a new drain line after all and that we are out the $500 for the permit which wasn’t needed in the first place. Now we received a bill from this company for charges to pump out her septic tank, $150. WTF over! Middlebrooks failed to accept any responsibility for their incompetence. This company’s actions have cost us $500 and now they want to extort another $150, which we paid after continuous harassment by this company. We will not be doing business with this unprofessional organization ever again. Thanks for reading this review.
VERY RUDE!!!!! Didn't even know if the plumber was going to do the work I sent for them to do. Yelled at me, and then hung up on me! DO NOT USE unless you want to be verbally abused.
These were the nicest people. They did everything to help me with my project and had everything I needed. I have used them before and they were really great. Very impressed! Thank you so much!
